Direct deposit program The Housing Commission now offers direct deposit for rental property owners and managers participating in the Section 8 Rental Assistance program. Benefits include saving time (no more trips to the bank!) and getting paid faster. (We deposit our portion of your tenants rent directly to your account the first of every month.)
